About Us
The founder of Online Legal Advise, Muhammad Arif Achakzai, is a qualified Barrister at the Bar of England and Wales (2021). Mr Achakzai gained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of East Anglia, UK. Later, he passed his bar exam in England whilst studying at the City, University of London. He graduated in the Global Business law LL.M program at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle (2022). Mr Achakzai will be taking New York Bar examinations in February 2023. He developed a network of lawyers whilst working at various chambers in England. Prior to joining the University of Washington for Master's in Global Business Law, he also worked with a multinational corporation dealing in automobiles and Citizen Advice Bureau in the United Kingdom to provide legal advice on immigration, family, and finance.
He belongs to a family that owns a multinational business of import and export of automobiles. When free from school and college commitments, he worked in his family business. This experience gave him a background in finance, accounting and running of a business. His multicultural and multinational background will give him an edge in dealing with multinational clients from various jurisdictions.
